Please do NOT send items via DPD

If you need or wish to send us anything, we cannot stress this enough: please DO NOT use DPD. As a rule, these parcels do not reach us, as DPD or its subcontractors refuse to deliver them properly to our address.

As a result, the parcel is naturally left for nearly 90 people to see, unless you go and collect it yourself within an hour at the latest. Unfortunately, there is a very high chance that one of the other residents might ‘need’ the contents of the parcel.

Deliveries by Austrian Post, on the other hand, usually go very smoothly! Mistakes do happen here too, but they are very rare.
